Walla Walla Dance Festival Website

We are passionate about dance. About how people move, what creates movement, its expressive qualities and relationships, and above all - how it all comes together synergistically to create works that are transformative and entertaining; educational and moving in a way that stirs your thoughts and feelings and will want to make you get up and dance yourself.

That is why we are so excited about what is happening for the Walla Walla Dance Festival, so much so that we can’t contain ourselves. The WWDF is an engine for bringing the very best of what dance has to offer to the greater WW Valley, in all disciplines and styles. It is here to include and collaborate with other disciplines and art forms in order to bring the highest quality of professional dance in education and performance. We want to explore the depth and range of what those possibilities are while supporting the spectrum of what dance has to offer from emerging artists to acclaimed companies.

The Festival in great measure has grown because of enthusiastic community support and evolving relationships with other local institutions and community leaders. We hope that the Festival will flourish and add to the growth and richness of its home community; one that is open, rich in its own culture, and receptive to the undertaking.
