FOUNDRY VINEYARDS
Demonstration of contemporary Japanese flower arranging by Yabe Keishu at Foundry Vineyards.
Bring your own flowers and vase so that Yabe and her assistants can teach you to create a contemporary flower arrangement of your own.
Demonstration starts at 6pm but the event is from 5-7pm with time before and after for individual instruction.
The current exhibition is funded by the Anderson Foundation for the Arts and coordinated through the Whitman Mokuhanga Center. The Whitman Mokuhanga Center was founded in 2015 by Keiko Hara and Akira R. Takemoto as a way to promote and explore the Mokuhanga printing method and Japanese culture through workshops, demonstrations, and community events.
