Welcome Reception for Judith Baumann, Master Printer at Crow's Shadow Institute of the Arts

Please join Crow's Shadow to welcome our new Master Printer, Judith Baumann, to Pendleton. Judith will be replacing Frank Janzen, who is retiring at the end of 2017 after 16 years of service to the organization. Judith moved to Pendleton from Flagstaff, AZ, where she was teaching art at Northern Arizona University. However, she is no stranger to the Northwest, as she spent 9 years running the print shop at Evergreen State College in Olympia, WA. The Board of Directors of Crow's Shadow says of this hire, "after a thorough national search, we are pleased to bring such a lively, knowledgeable, and highly skilled printmaker into our fold. We look forward to working with Judith and seeing the Crow's Shadow print studio continue to thrive under her direction."
