Live Cinema: "Merry Wives of Windsor" - Royal Shakespeare Co. @ Gesa Power House Theatre

The Live Cinema Series continues with the current production of The Merry Wives of Windsor by The Royal Shakespeare Company on Wednesday, October 10 at 6:00 p.m. This performance is filmed live in Stratford-upon-Avon and rebroadcast to select theaters.

Down on his luck in the suburbs, John Falstaff plans to hustle his way to a comfortable retirement by seducing the wives of two wealthy men. Unknown to him, it’s the women of Windsor who really pull the strings, orchestrating Falstaff’s comeuppance amidst a theatrical smorgasbord of petty rivalries, jealousies and over-inflated egos.

Reserved seating tickets ($15 Adults, $10 Students) are available online or by calling the box office at 509-529-6500. Beer, wine, and snacks will be available for purchase.

The 2018 Live Cinema Series is sponsored by Shakespeare Walla Walla, a local 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that aims to make Shakespeare and theater approachable and entertaining to students in eastern Washington and Oregon.
