The 3rd Annual Walla Walla Movie Crush (www.wallawallamoviecrush.com) celebrates the most intoxicating blend of American short cinema over the course of three days in July 2019 (Friday 7/12 - Sunday 7/14). Once again, the festival will showcase narratives, documentaries, animation, music videos and experimental films grouped in themed packages. The WWMC will showcase over 100 new shorts from Oscar®-winners, household names, rising stars and wunderkinds. Movies will screen in hour-long blocks... from 6-10pm on Friday, July 12th 11am-5pm and 7-10pm on Saturday, July 13th noon-5pm and 7-10pm on Sunday, July, 14th at the GESA Power House Theatre (111 N 6th Ave, Walla Walla, WA 99362). The Sunday evening session will feature ten brand-new short films created specifically for the Walla Walla Movie Crush. These “Challenge” films will be created by a pantheon of talents. The “Challenge” screening will be followed immediately by an awards ceremony during which top honors will be bestowed in accordance with the wishes of a jury of award-winning actors, screenwriters and filmmakers.
