Artist Registration: ArtSquared

ArtSquared is a unique fundraiser hosted by ArtWalla to support their mission of enhancing arts education and opportunities in the Walla Walla Valley. 

Registration for the 12th Annual ArtSquared opens April 1, 2024.

ArtSquared invites 130+ artists to create eight works of art on 6”x6” wooden panels. These works will be sold in person at CAVU Cellars, September 27, 2024 and remain on sale through Sunday, September 29, 2024. 

All works will sell for $36, with $24 of each sale going to the artist and $12 to ArtWalla.  Artist may choose to donate 100% of their proceeds to ArtWalla, these donations are greatly appreciated and make up the majority of all funds raised for ArtWalla during the event.   

The eight,  6”x6” wood panels are provided by ArtWalla and are included in the registration fee.  Registration for artists will be available online at www.artwalla.com, beginning April, 1, 2024 and will close on April 15th.  

Eligibility:

ArtSquared is open to all artists 18 years or older in any medium.

Registration Fee:

$10 for ArtWalla members of Working Artist Level and above.  If you are a member, please make sure that your membership is up-to-date prior to registering for the event.  This must be done as a separate transaction, otherwise, you will have to register as a non-member.

$40 for Non-members - if you are not a member this is a great time to consider joining ArtWalla as a Working Artist!

If you want your panels shipped, register with the additional $25.00 shipping option.  This option includes shipping to you the blank panels for your artwork and also returning unsold panels after the event concludes.

Payment can be made online during the registration process or an invoice can be printed and mailed in along with payment.  Mail-in payment must be received by April 15, 2024, or the registration will be canceled and filled by waitlisted artists.

Registration for this event fills up very quickly so be sure to sign up on the opening date, April 1.

Registered artists will be allowed to enter a larger format piece in the gallery show which will hang in the CAVU gallery from September 27th - October 27th.  The artist can price the artwork per their normal pricing and a 20% commission will be deducted from any sale.
