« Tournées » French Film Series - Marguerite

A French take on the Florence Foster Jenkins story. Catherine Frot gives a marvelous turn as Marguerite Dumont—the rich diva who can't sing.

The Whitman College and the Department of Foreign Languages and Literature are excited to host the « Tournées » French Film Series, Sunday evenings, 21 January - 25 February, featuring films focused on women.  The « Tournées » Film Festival is made possible with the support of the Cultural Services of the French Embassy in the U.S., the Centre National du Cinéma et de l’Image Animée (CNC), the French American Cultural Fund, Florence Gould Foundation and Highbrow Entertainment.
